It’s time for Michigan to act. In 2026, we must adopt a Citizen-Only Voting Amendment to our state constitution. This measure would:
Require voters to show photo ID to vote, while providing free ID cards for individuals facing hardship, ensuring the law is fair and accessible to all eligible citizens.
Establish that the secretary of state must verify that only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote in all elections, and
Mandate that the Secretary of State regularly review and purge voter rolls of individuals whose citizenship status cannot be verified.
